Post Injury Taping Inversion/Eversion
PowerFlex and Power Tape

Alternatives:

  • Underwrap can be used in place of PowerFlex

  • Adhesive Athletic tape or Adhesive stretch tape can be used in place of PowerTape

Taping Overview:

  • Place Ankle/Foot in dorsiflexion position

  • Apply 8 Power Tape (2”) stirrups with equal medial and lateral pressure (neutral pull)

  • Finish technique with circular and horseshoe strips and 2 figure eights and heel locks

  • If using PowerFlex, remove all stretch in application
