Sizing and Options
The elbow pads are designed to fit on either elbow. To determine the size you need, simply measure the circumference of the mid bicep. Small sized pads fit 10” – 11.5” biceps. Medium elbow pads fit 11.5” – 13” mid biceps. The large fits 13” – 14.5” biceps and the extra-large fits 14.5” – 16” mid biceps. A proper fit will ensure all the protective and comfortable benefits these elbow pads have to offer.
