What is a Knee Compression Sleeve?
The Enerskin E75 Men’s Knee Compression Sleeve Set is conforming to offer concentrated compression and support. This sleeve set will decrease pain, strain, and swelling caused by overuse and intense exercise, in addition to supporting the athlete’s knee joint. Knee compression sleeves are excellent for runners, athletes of all sports, and individuals that are on their feet for long periods of time.
Managing Pain and Edema
Compression sleeves help to manage pain and swelling, and this knee compression sleeve is no different! Inflammation conditions, such as arthritis and bursitis, can slow you down and can cause major pain. In addition to swelling, the Enerskin E75 Men’s Knee Compression Sleeve Set is perfect for wear after ACL surgery or knee replacements.
Sizing and Application
Sizing is easy! To size, simply measure the circumference of the lower thigh, 6” above the center of the knee. To apply, first begin by turning the sleeve tape-side out and flipping it upside down. Next, insert the foot and slide sleeve about 3” above the ankle. Then, flip the bottom cuff so it is tape-side in and begin sliding sleeve up and over the cuff. Gently pull the sleeve up and over the knee and up to the lower thigh and make sure the cuffs are sitting flat and not bunched or rolled.Finally, make any final adjustments so that the sleeve is properly aligned and comfortable.
