How to Apply a Compression Sleeve
To apply, turn the sleeve tape-side out and flip it upside down. Then, insert hand and slide sleeve to mid forearm. Center the stitching along the forearm for proper alignment. Flip the top cuff underneath and begin sliding the lower end up and over cuff. Next, gently pull the sleeve up and over the bicep. Finally, make any adjustments so that the sleeve is properly aligned and comfortable.
