Exertools Dyna-Disc promotes dynamic pelvic stabilization. It also allows the patient to complete a series of trunk mobility, weight shift and stability exercises while sitting, standing, laying face up or resting on all fours. It is also useful for feet and ankle strengthening. The Dyna-Disc Plus has the same shape and features as the 24" and is designed for easy two-footed use. It accommodates all DynaBoards.
