Using the GoodSense Floss
The GoodSense dental floss makes it easy to clean in between your teeth and to remove plaque and build-up. Open the top flip and tear off roughly eighteen inches of dental floss. Wrap the floss around the middle fingers and pull to add tension to the floss. Slide between each tooth individually and slide back and forth to break up and remove plaque. Repeat this process between each tooth on the top and bottom rows of teeth.
Friendly and Safe Flossing
Typical dental floss can be harsh on the gums and often shreds while in use. The GoodSense dental floss is durable and gentle on the gums. It provides comfort without being aggressive and causing gum damage. Designed for comfort, the floss helps to get rid of plaque and build-up between teeth and below the gum line. Leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean due to mint flavoring and its effective characteristics.
Aside from traditionally flossing between every tooth, there are some additional things to keep in mind for more effective and pain free flossing. When flossing between your teeth, it is recommended to curve the floss into a “c” shape to remove plaque and build up from more surface area around the tooth that cannot be reached by a toothbrush. Make flossing part of your daily routine by performing it before or after brushing in the morning or before bed. If flossing causes pain or bleeding at first, do not quit - this is normal and will stop soon. This is due to sensitive gums and taking an action to clean and build up strength in the teeth and gums.
