Elastic Athletic Tape for Light Compression
Medco Pro-Trainer Elastic Athletic Tape is an economical and lightweight addition to any athletic training kit or sideline supplies. It is used to apply light compression to an injured area to increase blood flow and decrease swelling to alleviate pain. The ridged texture of the elastic sports tape allows for an impressive stretch that easily contours to flexible parts of the body like shoulders, elbows, knees, and fingers.
Recommended for a Variety of Uses
Athletic training tape has a variety of uses in sports medicine. The stretch tape is commonly used to support strains and sprains. However, the trainer's tape can also be used to hold up socks or shin-pads, secure ice and heat packs in place, or they can be used as a protective dressing over gauze to support healing injuries. The adhesive securely stays in place on the skin or on a multitude of surfaces.
