The Science
Normatec PRO 2.0 is a recovery product that uses a new massage technique to maximize & accelerate warm up & recovery. It has three different massage techniques. The first is the pulsing motion. This technique is more efficient than the commonly-used compression technique because of the movement of the fluid. The second technique is the gradient. It holds fluids so they do not travel the wrong way in the veins. This technique gives maximum pressure instead of the usual gradual decrease in pressure. Last is the distal release, which releases pressure as quickly as possible to keep normal circulatory flow and maximizes rest times without an elongated break between compression cycles.

The Normatec PRO 2.0 has four different varieties for any part of the body that needs recovery. The Leg Recovery System will freshen legs quickly. The Leg & Hip Recovery System massages the entire lower body for efficient warm ups & recharge. The Leg & Arm Recovery System allows for arms & legs to recover effectively. The Full Body Recovery System work all of those parts for a complete body rejuvenation.
Complementary Technology
The Normatec PRO 2.0 packages have complementary technology included. There is a touchscreen display that allows for customizing your recovery session. The Bluetooth enabled app connects Normatec to your phone. This allows for an integrated recovery session to work into a training plan and also gives control of the session.
