Alleviates Swelling and Edema
The Sammons Preston Leg Elevating Splint is designed to address the gradual incline needs of users in a supine position or seated in a chair. The foam wedge facilitates leg elevation at a gentle incline, offering relief from lower extremity edema and discomfort. Available with or without vinyl coating, please note that the leg splint is not intended for simultaneous support of both legs.
Tailored Sizes for Individual Requirements
This splint provides a choice of sizes: 10" H x 8" W x 32" L, 4" H x 8" W x 34" L, and 10" H x 12" W x 33" L. The 4" high splint is recommended for a supine position, the 10" high splint for seated or supine positions, and the 10" high straight splint to assist in relieving lower extremity edema or lower back pain. Specifically designed for users with lower extremity or circulatory issues, the leg elevating splint is also beneficial for post-op recovery from hip replacement surgery.
Flame-Resistant Foam Construction
Endorsed by doctors and physical therapists, this leg elevating splint offers effective and practical pain management. The seamless flame-retardant foam wedge is suitable for multiple client uses, infection control precautions, or medication applications. The splint can be easily cleaned with a non-abrasive soap or disinfectant.
