The Shoulder Instability Brace reinforces lax inferior capsule of the shoulder, and applies compression to the glenohumeral joint. It will not restrict shoulder motion. To size measure the circumference of chest at the nipple line, circumference of muscle belly with chest, and relax the biceps.
