These heel cups are made of thermoplastic rubber that combines both cushioning and energy where your heels need it the most. Spenco Gel Heel Cups feature a 9.22mm (⅜ in.) heel thickness.
Application & Care
Wash with warm water and air dry to keep fresh. When inserting the Spenco Gel Heel Cups begin by unlacing your shoes and inserting the heel cup. Push the heel cup against the inside heel area of the shoe. Place and position your foot and then tighten the laces.
