Radiofrequency Electric Current (RFEC)

The Tecarpuls-II is a diathermy device that uses RFEC (Radiofrequency Energy Current), also known as TECAR therapy. It promotes tissue repair and pain relief by stimulating cells and boosting cellular metabolism through alternating waves, generating both superficial and deep heat in the body.

Treatment Electrode Types

The Tecarpuls-II includes three types of treatment electrodes: capacitive, resistive, and self-adhesive. A neutral (common) electrode is always needed, regardless of the active electrode used. The electromagnetic field is created between the active electrode and the large neutral ground electrode. Capacitive and resistive electrodes come in three sizes—small (30mm), medium (50mm), and large (70mm)—and can be easily swapped. This variety ensures safe and effective treatment for any anatomical region, whether large, small, superficial, or deep.
