Total Gym Recovery Series Encompass – Manual
Use the Total Gym Recovery Series Encompass for clinical rehab, recovery, and conditioning! Excellent for athletic training and rehabilitation purposes, this unit is designed to recreate and strengthen weak or injured muscles caused by overuse or injury. By working multiple muscle groups, the Encompass accelerates patient outcome and allows your athlete to get back to the game quicker. This product variation works the same as the Encompass PowerTower, but with manual level adjustments.

The manual Encompass allows you to use your 1% to 72% of your own bodyweight for resistance training purposes. The easy-to-adjust glideboard encourages spinal alignment, and a variety of training variations. The automatic rail locks allow the Encompass to withstand up to 650 lbs. of force caused by plyometric jumping. Multiple center-pulley attachment points allow you to increase lower extremity range of motion.
