How To Fit The Mouthguard
First, boil four to six inches of water and then use a spoon to put your mouthguard into the water. Make sure the mouthguard does not touch the sides of the pan. After you remove the mouthguard from the water, make sure it is warm to the touch but not too hot before placing it in your mouth. Next, bite down firmly on the mouthguard to get your personalized bite. Once your bite is secure, place the mouthguard directly in cold water for about 30 seconds. Let it dry and your mouthguard is then ready to use.
Color Choice
Under Armour’s GameDay Armour Elite mouthguard has three different color options to choose from: black, blue, and red. You can match your mouthguard to your uniform color, your favorite color, or the color that makes your eyes pop.
