Overview
Device Used in Pre-Op & Post-Op Rehabilitation
LymphaTouch is widely used in lymphedema management for primary and secondary lymphedema care. It is often used as part of preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation. This form of manual therapy enhances and promotes faster recovery from surgery while supporting rehabilitation in orthopedic patients. The device uses pulsating negative pressure and mechanical vibrations to expand and stretch the skin and tissue in safe, effective, and comfortable motions to relieve discomfort and reduce swelling. The unique design of this treatment option also helps prevent scar tissue formation through improved oxidation and lymphatic circulation.
LympaTouch Helps Improve Joint Functionality
Designed to help improve joint functionality and range of motion, LympaTouch is used in oncology, orthopedics, neurology, and patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The LymphaTouch decreases static stress related pain through decompression and helps reduce pain caused by the overuse of muscles. It can be used to activate the transportation of fluids in the patient’s subcutaneous tissue and increase oxygen and nutrient flow.
Customize Your Rehabilitation Treatment for Maximum Results
LympaTouch provides an individualized, active rehabilitation treatment for your patient. The device features five different sizes of treatment cups to allow you to always choose the most fitting treatment cup for the treated body area. Available treatment cup sizes include: 80 mm, 60 mm, 50 mm, and 35mm. The smaller (35 mm and 50 mm) treatment cups are especially suitable for treating smaller areas of the body, like scars, adhesions, or facial area. The larger (60 mm and 80 mm) treatment cups are recommended for treatments of wider areas of the body, like torso and limbs.
