Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains 325mg of acetaminophen, 100mg of guaifenesin, 5 mg of phenylephrine HCl, and 10 mg of dextromethorphan HBR. These ingredients work together to reduce pain and inflammation, suppress severe coughing, decongest the sinuses, and loosen mucus for easier breathing. Medi-First Cough & Cold Relief is comparable to SUDAFED PE® Head Congestion + Flu Severe.
