Pinch Functionality
Pinch is essential for many daily tasks, helping both children and adults. It’s also valuable for musicians, athletes, and professionals who rely on precise hand movements. That’s why the Squegg PRO and Core devices introduce a pinch functionality that allows users to assess strength through Lateral, Tripod, and Lumbrical pinch grips. These pinch grips can now be used in assessments, games, and activities, and are tracked, recorded, and reported like the grip strength activities.

The user-friendly assessment flow is designed by OTs and CHTs to incorporate the American Society of Hand Therapists' guidelines for recording maximal grip strength via dynamometry, including proper positioning and procedure guidelines. Customization of parameters also allows for quick assessments for each hand individually.
