Smart Vibrating Foam Roller
The Wave Roller is a Bluetooth enabled, vibrating foam roller. The vibrations help reduce lactic acid buildup after a high-intensity workout. The asymmetrical, wave-shaped grooves provide the texture and traction needed to apply pressure across areas of the body with varying surface areas. Use this foam roller to accelerate your warm-up and recovery, increase blood flow, enhance mobility, and release muscle tension.
Five Speed Settings
Like a traditional foam roller, slowly move back and forth on the vibrating roller until you feel a tight spot. Hold that position for 30 to 60 seconds. Whether you’re digging deep into your hip or rolling out your low back, you’re getting the relief you need. With five intensity settings, the vibrating foam roller will start on the lowest setting and can be increased by pressing the 'plus' button until the desired speed is active.
3-Hour Battery Life
Allowing you to customize your foam rolling experience, the Wave Roller can be conveniently accessed from a mobile device with the Therabody app. Not only is the vibrating massager’s battery rechargeable, but it lasts for over 3 hours for sustained use. The smart device comes complete with a charger and carrying case for on-the-go use.
